Located within easy driving distance of Kalamazoo, South Haven, St. Joseph and Benton Harbor, this unique reception hall also makes a great backup location for beach weddings in South Haven; rent it for your reception, but it can also serve as an alternative indoor location in case the weather doesn't cooperate for the wedding itself.

We ask that you wipe down the tables and chairs; we handle putting everything away and this allows us to make sure it's all in good condition for the next guests.

Venue Pricing

Premium Weekend Rates

May thru Sept - Weddings/Receptions or other Events are $1500 w/ $400.00 deposit.

Oct thru Dec - Holiday Rates Vary - call or email for qoute.

Jan thru March - Weddings/Receptions or other Events are $1000 w/ $400.00 deposit.

April - Weddings/Receptions or other Events are $1200 w/ $400.00 deposit.

Call for quote on Weekday Rentals and availability.

Small Weekday Event Venues (1 to 3 hours in length) are available no more than 3 to 4 weeks in advance; with 75 or less attendess - pricing is $400-500. 

    • For extended hours (longer then 3 hours) please contact for a price quote.

Special Pricing may be available for:
• Non-Profit Organizations that are certified 501(c)(3).

Frequently Asked Questions

How long before my event can I get everything set up and decorated?
We will work with you to accomodate your needs as much as possible; depending on the schedule, we can often give you access to set up the day before your event.

Do you handle the setup?
At this point we only handle the setup and/or decorations if you hire Amber Fae, from Make Merry as your Event Planner.

It will be your responsibility to provide setup and decorations.

Do you have someone that can assist me with planning my wedding [or event]?
We work exclusively with Amber Fae, from Make Merry, and recommend her Wedding and Event Planning Services.

Are the train tracks next door used?
